Sailing the Gulf of Aden between Yemen and Somalia – Day 26

It was another sea day today. This morning our security boat joined us to protect us through the Gulf of Aden. I think our entire ship was at the starboard windows watching the boat come alongside us as security forces transferred from their ship to ours. The security boat trails right alongside us and is quite noisy but it’s a very reassuring sound.

It was curtains closed and lights out again tonight. We played team trivia and did quite well. They had ten questions on what different groups of animals are called. We had had similar questions on our last cruise and couldn’t believe our luck that we recalled the answers. We had dinner in the steakhouse with two other couples. This food madness has to stop soon. Jeff even got on the treadmill this morning!
