Mykonos, Greece – Day 42
We awoke anchored just off the main pier of Mykonos Town off of Mykonos Island. We were able to tender in right to the foot of the main plaza which was a nice treat. The town was bright and airy with every building decked out in whitewash and blue shutters. We spent the day strolling the pedestrian-only streets of the village. Jeff found several shops with things to buy so he was very happy. It was a lovely island that would someday make a great place to come back to and spend a few days at a beach resort. There is supposedly abundant night life that we were not able to experience since our ship sailed at 5:00pm. Soon we will be in Sorrento, Italy.
